Refund Policy

Return and Exchange Period: We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us via our Instagram page @label_iplik. Remember to include your order number for faster processing.

Condition for Returns: To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Shipping for Returns: We do not offer a pickup service. You may send your return parcel via India Post, which offers affordable shipping rates. Please note that only the product amount is refunded; shipping costs are non-refundable. Exchange shipping costs Rs 90 per parcel.

Damages and Issues: We thoroughly check each product before dispatch. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges: To exchange an item, return the original item. Once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item to ensure the quickest service.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you if the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that processing time for your bank or credit card company may vary.
